Federation Engineering

Part of the Team

If the sky is the limit, you'll need some smart boots on the ground.

Federation is focused on creating value for our clients by ensuring constant and consistent collaboration across project teams. Modifications to existing operating facilities are most effective and efficient when the project team is integrated with the operation.

Excellence is not achieved with intermittent site visits. It's achieved by understanding clients' operations and creating long-term partnerships.

At Our Core
  • Our Mission

To help our clients execute projects as efficiently as possible in order that together we set the standard of excellence in our respective industries.

  • Our Vision

To help our clients design and execute projects in a manner which bolsters their competitive advantage and enables them to compete in the global energy marketplace.

  • Our Values

Empowerment: create an environment that fosters mentorship and sharing of ideas. We see this as our strongest contributor to our safety culture. Mentorship and engaged staff are our drivers behind safe work.

Partnership: we focus on building mutually beneficial partnerships with our clients and subcontractors.

Integrity: our staff complete their tasks as if every task will be inspected/verified. We select and retain only those team members whom share this value.

Continuous improvement: we strive to never make the same mistake twice through transference of institutional knowledge. We also strive to adopt technology and innovative practices in order to be more efficient.
